Project's Objectives
The design of a Wind Energy
Park at the local geographical feature of Yankee Ridge in the vicinity
of Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, USA.
Yankee Ridge is
a moraine of
the Wisconsin glaciation which smoothed out the already flat Illinois
landscape. It
extends from north east of the
city of Champaign-Urbana, to the village of Philo and ends at
Seven Hills .
